Samsung M31s continue restarting

Hello everyone, since 3 days i am facing the issue wherein my samsunh m31s is continuosly restarting. Pls help

I hope you have tried factory reset and all. If yes then you need to call Samsung customer care and tell them the issue, they may arrange a free service for you. (Some users have faced this before and I am talking from their experience). Hope this helps.

Yes i have rest my phone but its not gona help me. Yes jow only option to go for service centre

Can i have samsung service centre no of india ?

There is no india number. You can go to Maps and search for "Samsung Service centers near me" and it will tell u list of all. Now select any one and see its details. U will get its number and call there

I have heard so many complaints of m31s of phone restarting issue. Is this an inherited issue on this model. 🤔

Can i do the case on samsung ! My friend told me dont purchase this phone it have hang issue and after 6 month you will cry. Now im crying 😭😭
