Samsung Inbuilt recorder Issue

I play pubg alot... Therefore I record it using the Inbuilt Samsung recorder..... While recording It I use internal audio although while recording the screen and internal audio the end recording is very laggy THEREOFRE why is it laggy? I have also reduced the resolution to 720p but still it is laggy? I use the galaxy A70 however even the ram of the phone is nearly empty so why is it laggy?

switch you power mode from optimized to higer performance then try it hope it will work for you .
there are some other can effect on it like high temperature and cpu throttling
or reboot your device ones
if it not works for you then
reset all mobile settings

Please be assured and to resolve "device lagging issue" kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Check device cache: Settings>Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.

2) Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.
