call recording not working

Inbuilt Call recording not working on my Samsung galaxy note 10 lite.

The option for recording is on and I don't have any other 3rd party Call recording app on my phone.

If you are using wifi calling then you won't be able to record any calls..or if you are using true caller then turn it off
or
if still problem persists, then perform reset apps preferences

Truecaller app is still there but I have turned off the WiFi calling option

wifi calling features turn off then it will work....still now Samsung not implemented that feature if wifi calling is on ....later it will come
