Are You Talking About The Background Of Call??

You Can Try This Steps Given Below:-
Open Call App→ Click On Three Dot Present On Top Right Corner→Setting→In Second Section Click on Call Background Option→Click on The Preferable or Desirable Sim→Click on Background→Click on Plus Button On Top Right(+) Select The Image→Click on Set As Call Background.

I have set call background but I shows only me but if some call me it doesn't show on his caller ID like iPhone
