S pen problem

My note 10+ s pen is keeping on disconnecting and I opened the air action settings and I found tht the battery level is going from 100% to 0% every single second and when I take it out it disconnects

Kindly Go to service center, they will update your spen

I have same issue and i went to the service center and the result is ,they told me that you have to purchase new spen worth 2500 rupees because s pen is a accessory and its not chaged in your warrenty.

If you have a connecting issue just go to service center and update software update of spen.

I already did it but didnt connect again. They update it.

It's mean your spen is damaged, or defective.

After June 21 security update, spen didn't work properly. Its continues disconnecting.

I am currently on August patch with major improvement. Kindly update to latest version.

I already got july and August huge update but problem not solved...and thereafter i went to the service center but still problem not solved. I'm getting tired of this issue because its so useful. Everytime i used it to capture photos.
