After following samsung customer care for weeks, and lots of research, I came to a conclusion that samsung intentionally pushed an update that damaged our Spen( note 10+) Bluetooth functionality to sell their replacement Spen. 
Or it could be a Quality issue of their spen, that are meant to last for a few months or 1 year maximum.. 
We note 10+ users are cheated by samsung.. Also s20 series faces serious greenish display issue, and Samsung is charging for the display replacement if is it out of warranty.. 

Seeing all these, I made up my mind to not buy a Samsung phone from the very next time.. Because buying a 85k worth phone and Samsung is ignoring us like hell, and their customer representatives are behaving like a robot.. 

My brother have iphone 11, he purchased it at 48k only, and he is too much happy with his device..

same, im not buying a Samsung anymore, i had a green tint on my phone ever since i bought it and Samsung said they cant replace my display under warranty, literally the worst customer service ever

We love samsung device.. But for this type of service we will not purchase Samsung phone anymore.

Same here to my note 10 plus
After update Spen continues disconnects then screen has faded black look greyish
I am too frustrated why samsung is doing like this

I'm also getting same problem with my Note 10+ since a week - after using Spen its disconnected and not reconnecting. Can't this be simply fixed? Is it a big problem? Hey #Samsung look into this #spen issue.

I'm also a Note10plus user and I'm facing also lots of problems from many days. Now Samsung is continuously dropping its value. Most of the flagship phones of Samsung are having problems right now but till now Samsung has not given any solution. Samsung just says good while selling his expensive phones but later who are you? I have been using Samsung's phone for years, but for some time the service of Samsung has become completely useless. No one answers properly. The only answer you get over and over again is that you will be helped. It is better to use iPhone, you will get better performance and better service.
