Hi. I am facing issue with my S-Pen connection issue as I am unable to use Air Actions as S-Pen is always disconnected.

This is happening since last update. Could you please check and help with this.

Note 10 series?? It's happening with most users since November update. Don't worry there must be a bug, which should be sorted in the next update.

Need to Replace SPEN From Service Center
If it's in Warrenty Will be done Free of Cost
Otherwise you have to pay 3200 around

How to Reset S Pen
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: Navigate to the Apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Advanced features.
Step3: Tap on S Pen.
Step4: Tap on Air actions.
Step5: Tap on More.
Step6: Tap on Reset S Pen.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
