I recently facing this issue. Whenever we click photo (standard setup) it takes time for processing and we  can see Notification in the Notification panel says "refining picture.. ". Previously I never faced this issue. I reset the camera app, then cleared cache and data, also reset my phone. But no use. Either the image sensor become weak or processor become weak.
Samsung pls look in to it

( also sent error report)

Check background usage of camera app from device care...

Also check if its happening with night mode or normal mode..

Mostly it happens after software updates..so drop feedback to Samsung via Samsung members app

We haven't face this earlier. After November update only it happens. I also tested N10+ with A52s. Infact A52s doesn't face this issue and process the image very quickly than N10+

Bro this refining picture issue is happening with me as well. Checked it just now. Also, I feel the auto focus is not as good. I took pictures with auto and manual focus, there was a bug difference!!
