Regarding samsung galaxy note 10+ problems

Hello my device samsung note 10 plus is laging since more then 2 weeks.
I contacted my nearest samsung store and they re updated my device but this didn't solve my problem.
Can anyone help me with these problem?
I have tried resetting my device too but it didn't work.
Please help me!

I'm also using N10+, but didn't notice any lag. Only few times some apps closing by itself, but not many times.

After service center updated my device. I got 2 software update that night.
And its lagging more.

Service center might update old version and you may got update with April security patch. As of now no new update available. But camera performance degraded.

Wait till next update. You can update the full software via Smartswitch, don't update OTA. After full update via Smartswitch check, if the issue still persist then factory reset
