I have bought my note 8 on sep 30 and it has random restarts from that day...the screen freezes and then it restarts it can be due to opening of an inbuilt app or a 3rd party one or just a swiping down of notification bar I don't know what the issue is cannot reset the device can this be fixed via a software update or do I need to replace the device ?
