Quick Launch Camera

How Do we activate Quick Launch on the Note 8, I'm not able to find it in the Camera Settings menu. Expertees please help me with it..

Yes, unless Samsung manages to create another different method specific to Indian Unit only...but i dont think Samsung will put their efforts to create such thing for a specific region only.
