Quick Launch Camera

How Do we activate Quick Launch on the Note 8, I'm not able to find it in the Camera Settings menu. Expertees please help me with it..

Double Press of Power Key will initiate Camera App...but this method is only available in International variant...
as per Indian govt requirement the emergency service (SOS) feature (which requires triple press of power key) is already assigned to the Power Key...so both action wud hav clashed...hence the double press of power key to launch camera feature is removed from Indian Unit.
