When i received or i called after put hand or ear near screen its get off but wont woke up after the call or in the call. Only power key to get into screen. Anyone facing problems like this?

Are you using a screen protector? That is the cause... even i am having note 10 lite and same issue but once i remove the guard there is no issue in proximity sensing

Then definitely needs a check .. try resetting the device once

I check proximity sensor test also and reset and factory reset also bro. But still facing same problem

This is a known issue.. try downloading a proximity sensor test app and if its working, it could be problem with the call sensor, reset the settings and see if it works... also this could be caused due to any video calling app, try resetting those app as well
