Poor Samsung Service

I had charging problem with my Note 9 and got my charging port fixed under warranty and using type C cable it would fast charge on one side and normal charge on the other side. The service centre said its normal. But recently before outbreak of covid- 19 my phone stopped charging and again I fixed my charging port this time a paid service. Later same problem existed & the port was changed like 3 times now Samsung service centre us telling to change mother board which costs more than my phone. I said no I don't want to change kindly give me refund for changing charging port which had nothing to do with the problem. Now Samsung is not replying to calls or email. Very poor experience and losing interest in Samsung now . Someone help me find solution.

I did all but Samsung doesn't have a refund policy
