Phone notification

Whenever I open phone app this kind of notification appears. When tapped, nothing happens. Anyone facing this kind of problem???

Device: Note10+ (oneUI 2.1)

clear phone cache. then check by clearing phone data.

there must an update for the phone app. click on the three dot menu and go to about phone, it will tell you whether there is an update to be installed or not...

Normal option comes & in the options there's no notification banner!!!

Click 3 dots and scroll down to settings>select it>now scroll down to about phone>check for any updates
