Regarding the Automatic Pop-up notification for connecting Galaxy Buds Live

Hello, Samsung community, this is to bring up the concern to anyone facing issues like me. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and using it for more than 3 years I got Galaxy Buds Live as a promotion when I purchased this mobile. The phone and Buds worked fine for 3 years and for the last 3 days when I open the case of Buds Live, it doesn't show any pop-up that I want to connect or deny it. I have tried all the possible ways to make it work by resetting the Bluetooth settings and resetting the wearable earbuds settings. But still, I couldn't find any solution over YouTube or any other platforms. If anyone has this issue currently and has the best solution please feel free to post it or reply to my post.  May be people working for Samsung or people who already faced this situation can reply to my post. Your help is greatly appreciated.
