Phone is vibrating while doing zoom in to capture photo

review all the settings from camera to phone along with dexterity settings ( you can find this in your system settings) or simply reset all your phone settings

yesterday I purchased this phone
and did reset twice

reset the settings only . do not restore the device

it's an hardware issue. you will need to replace the camera
