Galaxy NoteThere is a very odd circumstance where parts of the phones are from different regions. I believe my phone was made with international parts, and when the screen was replaced with a US screen, the camera decided to stop working ("Warning. Camera failed." error. ) They will have to either make sure to replace the screen with the same region version as before, or also replace the camera module hardware as well to get everything working again. Shout out to uBreakiFix for knowing about this and getting my phone back to normal.
