Phone is overheating & giving alarms & not charging

I got very bad experiance with note 20 ultra purchased 15 days ago, it is overheating as oven & no support i am getting from service centre. They say their diagnostic reports shows it okay, so they cannot do anything. This is worst experiance i had & nobody is resolving this.

I will take this legal court.

All this is done already, only option is to replace, but samsung is not at all supportinh

I am also using same phone! charge your phone once in a day until complete. never use fast charging if there is no emergency! most of us forgot to turn of fast charging and it makes battery overheating

If i have to switchoff fast charging then i will buy something with 500 AED. i will not spend 3500 AED to switchoff the fast charging. This is ridiculous!

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out my a technician and help resolve the issue.

I have visited 3 times your service centre & 1 time remote support without any solution! I saddened by this process
