Phone User Experience Issues

The user experience after picking up a call, the calling screen contains the contact info and other call settings panel containing speaker,mute, and other call settings.

After receiving One ui 3 update with Android 11 the call settings panel appearing after receiving a call has became annoying. A BIG SQUARE BOX containing the options becomes eye catching and annoys. Must require some UI and UX improvements.
