If our notification bar is full of notification and then we enable lock down mode and then again unlock our device then we are not able to see any notification. Existing and well as new notification both are not visible. If we had enabled any custom notification type like floating then we will see a popup but after few seconds we aren't able to see notification till we restart our device.
