Note 20 lagging/stuttering

After updating my note 20 to one ui 4.0, it was lagging and stuttering even on simple tasks. Apps opened very slowly and Battery also drains fast. I did a factory reset and the battery drain is almost fixed but stutters and framedrops even in normal tasks. 
I dont know if this is done delibrately to make us buy new phones or a bug in the firmware. Is anyone else facing the same thing? Planning to sell it and buy moto edge 20 maybe.. only kept this because of oneui customizations, spen, speaker, display and build quality which we dont get in any other brand.

Is it possible to downgrade to Android 11 without voiding warrant?
