automatic activation of bedtime mode on S22 ultra.

I had purchased S 22 ultra in March this year. I often notice that bedtime mode is acivated automaically and I see a B&W screen in morning and not only that I can't receive any call during this period. Myself being a doctor , its very scary as I fail to answer a call in midnight. I have tried all means to put off bedtime mode and still it is acivated after 10 pm till I undo it. This feature is joined by Clock alarm also and DND too. Please suggest any action needed to correct it. Such feature was not there in S 10 note.

Settings > Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls > Bedtime mode and turn it off and also turn off "Turn on as scheduled"
