dear sir @re1th i think you are right...this is wrong information and i also think that chatbot is f..stupid and also with that t Customer care is more stupid he conform me to one ui beta is available for note 9....and you're right we are all stupid thanks for telling me thank you so much i really appreciate that

As per demand and recommendation from members Samsung has decided to launch beta for its latest flagship Note 9 this year and it will get first this month end even before S9 and S9plus.
