One UI 4.0 Update Issue

I am inBangladesh . I haven't receivedOne UI 4.0 as well as  Android 12  update in my Samsung Note 10 Lite. According to samsung it can be received update in January 2022 . It is February 1 today. When will I get this update ?

One UI 4.0 update has started rolling out from Jan 2022 as per Samsung's schedule and should be receiving the update in the next few weeks for Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite model

Every qualified samsung device with an Amoled display will be having extra dim feature, so don't worry you'll get it eventually 😊

But most S10 series and note 10 series users who got One UI 4.0 update have said that there is no extra dim feature in accessibility option . That's why I am concerning about this .
