As my opening line says, there is the failure to open the app, after it has shown the notification. For example, there are new updates in the Google play store, and I touch the notification bar, and it looks like it's going to do something but it just slides the notification panel up... the same thing happens with the viber, WhatsApp and other apps. and it is happening since the oreo update. I taught the April's security patch update will fix that, but it's the same, if not worse...
If you face the problem, please replicate the issue many times like it is happening multiple times so that our team can pinpoint the issue through the logs. Please share the logs after replicating the problem many times. Thank you.
