Hello. You're quite right, it has been released to users, re S22 Ultra. I suggest you take it to an official Samsung Service Centre. They'll check it. One UI 7 is great, so, hurry.
Updates may be rolling out in phases based on your country or carrier.
Go to Phone dialer → type *#1234# and check your CSC (e.g., XSG, KSA, MID).
If your CSC differs from your friends, that might explain the delay.
2. Try Samsung Smart Switch (on PC)
Download Samsung Smart Switch on your PC/Mac.
Connect your phone via USB and check if the update shows up there.
3. Force update check
Go to: Settings → Software update → Download and install
If that still doesn't work, try clearing the cache of the Software Update app (Settings → Apps → tap 3 dots → Show system apps → "Software Update").
4. If still delayed
You may consider flashing the firmware using Samsung Odin Tool, but only if you’re experienced. Let me know if you want help or a guide on how to do it safely.

Kindly try these steps in order : 1.Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now. Then you can try to update via smart switch : You’re going to need a copy of Smart Switch installed on your computer and your mobile device. Using Smart Switch’s computer version, update your device with the latest software.
Software update via Smart Switch : Step 1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device, and then open Smart Switch on your computer.
Step 2. If a software update is available, Smart Switch might automatically prompt you to update the software or will display an option to update.
Step 3. Click Update and use the on-screen prompts to download the necessary files.
Step 4. Click OK to proceed. Your device may turn off and on a few times during the update process. When the update is complete, the device returns to the Home screen.
