How did u do ur last software update via mobile data or wifi? Try to take BACKUP and then download firmware from sammobile.com and flash it using odin. Flashing software resolves most of the issue. If u dont want to go with it, try hard reset after BACKUP

Neither did I... Just try to reset it completely. Or can prefer go to service center for software installation. it's just a faulty software issue
