Note10+ screen darks during call but doesn't light up after end of call

My Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ screen goes off during call (as normally with all smartphones) but it doesn't glow back automatically after end of that call. I don't use any glass guard and checked proximity sensor many times its working fine but the problem continues. I have also visited service center for solution but issue isn't solved yet. It's very annoying. I have tried almost everything like factory reset, firmware flash from service center, cleaning screen etc. Pls help 🙏

Please report the problems you are facing in your Samsung smartphone with a fresh log file which is in the form of a pdf file/jpg format. And also share a short video clip or 4 to 5 photos along with a pdf file, before and after the issue occurred, for better understanding.

Please share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
