Galaxy NoteHi there,
Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:
1) Make sure you are using Samsung original USB cable
2) Drag down the notification panel of device>>enable the "MTP" option or file transfer option.
3) Also check by connecting the device with another PC or laptop
