I have Galaxy note 10, when i insert the SIM card, it works just Mobil data(4G). But for calls it doesn't work( emergency calls only)
The same SIM card, in another phone, in the same place, it operate normally.
After that. I asked more than one of the phones system developers who specialize in solving software problems for smartphones. They said that the problem lies in the latest update of the Galaxy Note 10 protection system, which that (Knox 3.8)
Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the last version. Try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. Otherwise refer to the service center.
