Note10 Plus - Clockface Issue

The clockface on the lockscreen doesn't get changed despite applying various styles.

While the phone is on, the style will be changed. But on each restart of the phone, there's one specific clockface that gets reinstated no matter what previous clockface you have used.

Faced this problem earlier with task manager getting disabled on each restart but now solved after some update.

Any solutions for clockface?

also feel free to raise a BUG in portal, so that sam will fix it @ there own time

You dont have to worry regarding the same. The clock face will change with the change in theams and wallpapers. In order to avoid the change kindly uninstall that paticular third party application(if in use). Set the clock pattern as default by following the below steps:-

Settings > Date and time /clock > pattern > default. ok

 

After following the above steps, If issue still persist please do send the log file, so that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).

I tried all permutations and combinations post which I reported the error.

the solution and the error that I have found is that the locstar app has to be deactivated for the clockface to function correctly. hence, there's some coding issue in the lockstar.

so please get this fixed instead of sending the standard replies please. i had sent the log file while reporting the error.
