Note 9 WhatsApp issues

Dear all,

Can anyone help me with troubleshooting for dropdown menu notifications of WhatsApp, as some of chats do not show and appear blank!

I've gone mad over this going back n forth with Samsung team as well. And the last step would be to reset n restore entire phone again which I want to avoid on account of the fact that it still might not work

Please HELP guys!

Uninstall whatsapp and Re-install it...

was earlier but removed themes n resetted, but still didn't work
