Note 9 SCREEN DISCOLORATION

Hey, 

So, on 24th November 2020 all of a sudden my 1.5year old note9 started discoloration issue. The screen started lagging, showing discoloration with yellow and green tinting and horizontal closely spaced black lines showing up on display. At times on unlocking the phone although it makes all sounds and stuff but the screen stays frozen and at times gets pixelated. Tried contacting the service center, they said its software issue not the hardware issue. They tried downgrade the software version but the problem remains the same.

On doing some research I found that the issue is quite widespread and users across the globe are reporting the same issue being faced by me and some other users here. Which as it turns out is being reported as more of a software issue, post the march update.

So, I would like Samsung to help me out, as the problem is because of software update mentioned by the service center itself.

Anybody else facing same problem or faced earlier?

Is your problem rectified, if YES, then how?

some led may be damaged due to prolonged use
so repair led screen

Same problem with my note 9, I went to Samsung care they said your mother board about to  crash. Now searching on Google and on Samsung member I got to know that this is global issue.Samsung has to call me and replace my touch immediately if there is any credibility I have all appliance in my home of Samsung every mobile I bought only Samsung but this time I am thinking I did mistake

I am also facing exactly the same problem. No solution found yet. The screen gets discoloured suddenly and becomes normal after some idle time. I feel, the duration of discolouration is increasing gradually.
