Hi every one and team samsung

It's really very disappointing that my note 8 is not recieving security patch updates where as other Note 8 are recieving.
I had a word on whats app with one of the whats app customer support executive his reply was totally mind upsetting
He said that you have to go to our service center their they will check and let you know how much it will cost to fix up recieving security patch updates.
This is not my fault that my mobile is not recieving security patch update thus the responsibility shall be taken by samsung, such a big name and these
guys are doing such awkward things to their customers really very much disappointing.
There no damage nothing in my mobile, security patch is an air update released every after 2 months to enhance the security features of the mobile.
Please see the screen shot I am attaching herewith.

This is what happened when the other end of the person doesn't have any idea what he/she is doing.

By the way, Note 8 almost 4 years old. I think it won't get any updates in the future. My humble suggestion is to Consider upgrading the device.

I guess Samsung officially announced to end the software support for their 2017 flagships ie. S8/S8+ and Note8 few days back. 😅😅😅

Samsung officially ended software support means they won't even provide security patch updates.

If you want to use a phone for around 5-6 years then you should go for Apple devices.

Instead of iOS, you can also consider S20 FE 5G, A52, A72 these devices are eligible for 3 years of major OS updates and 4 years of security patches. Once you are in Android it's difficult to shift to iOS and you might regret your decision. iOS doesn't have the flexibility and customization of Android
