It's been almost 3 months since the launch of Note9 mobile and I'm facing serious issues from day one related to SIM-out of service,battery over heating, call drops and many more. Am I the only person facing these issues because every month we're seeing only security patch updates alone from Samsung and no fixes at all.

This cud be a faulty device... Take it to the samsung authorised service centre immediately

i tried with all options like factory reset ,update OS,safemode and so on . samsung simply formatting the device and giving it to me without identifying the root cause.
