Buying a phone @70k and it is still hanging, not fair from such a reputed brand.

I have bought note 9 a year before and now what I am facing is my phone is lagging alot.
So what i think is buying a mid range phone at lower cost and changing it after a year is quite better than buying flagship phones of samsung.

Is there anyone who can help me in this?

Bro. From here you won't get any response from any of the official from Samsung which you are quoting.. But you can get useful reply from Members like you & Me...I also got such problems on my Note9, which now resolve to much extent...First I done Factory Resetting but no improvement.. Then I did Cache Partion by first Power off device and then power on it by pressing all three buttons together ( volume up +Bixby button+power on/off button) untill you got options on main display and then select Cache Partion by Volume button down and then by pressing power button & then reboot option...Then I done Clear Cache & Data of One Ui home from Apps section as well as from Show system Apps (By selecting three dots above top right corner of Apps section)..twice fro same App from app section and show system Apps section.. Also clears Cache of System UI & Software Update (Two apps, done for both) Apps from Show System apss... And finally Reset Settings & Accessibility Settings to default and then changes them if any required and Since from 10-15 days no more lagging also battery consumption improved a bit...This is my personal Experience and I can't give any assurance for your case..If you feel you can try...
