I had followed all steps provided by Samsung on my Note  9  (including the safe mode method), but nothing worked. Due to the current Lockdown, I didn't even feel comfortable to approach the service centre. I was eagerly waiting for Samsung's new update (2.1) to be released & hoped that this update will fix the screen discoloration. However, today when i finally updated the software to UI Version 2.1 (Android security patch level 01 June 2020), the green screen issue still persists on my Note 9. I am quite annoyed with Samsung not being able to provide a solution to their so called premium model phone.

As of now, the display is worse than a 100$ phone available in the market. Didn't expect this from Samsung. I hope Samsung is listening to all the users who have invested considerable amount to buy this phone. Please........ we need an immediate solution to solve the display issue.

Its not cheap. Why should the user suffer for issues created by updating their software ? Samsung should be responsible for this....... I hope they listen

because users are mad .....if you simply update your software by mobile data or by using wifi then this types of issues arrised only ....because if any big os update come or any new big ui interface come then only proper procedure and must recommended method is to flash that firmware by Odin or smart switch or through authorized Samsung service center...mobile data or little fluctuating wifi is never recommended as it's produce software holes by damaging software side..that's why Samsung introduced smart switch by which people's can get software hole free highest performance of devices but people doing same mistakes repeatedly and facing different types of issues in device.....go to service center and flash that firmware your problem will be solved .....if mobile data or wifi was the proper procedure then none of the same devices get different types of issues for a same software....it's only happened if someone simply install it which is never ever the procedure

yes software issue destroyed device...samsung provided software are not optimized

I am also have same problems in samsung note9 and customer care and service centers is giving very poor services in India eventhough I have complaints several time to customer care but no proper response.

interchupipi....how dare you even reply like that...why the hell should we go to samsung care center for every update...samsung never informed this to us...if anything they should build safety checks before processing updates to safeguard phones for which we are paying with our hard earned money...i am also facing same issue after update and a basic search on internet reveals thousands of users with same issue...instead of fixing you even dare to respond by putting fault on users. The company should feel ashamed after taking so much money in the name of flagship..ans all samsung does is copy the same standard answer for every complaint.. restart, reset and safe mode..which are of no use at all

Only thing samsung deserves is a complaint in consumer forum if they don't fix it soon

If you are doubt, do call Samsung service centre instead of misleading the other users
