Companies run behind profit bro, this environment concern (not including chargers and all) is just a facade. And they didn't provide Android 11 to Note 9 then why would they provide 12 now? Samsung promised 3 major updates from 2018 onwards so can't complain about prior models.
No point in beating your head against the wall. Samsung has already released their update policy where S10 series & onwards phone will get 3OS update. Be content with android10 on your Note9 , that's all I can say.
