robotic reply bro ... that device only limited to 2.5 Android Q .... because already it received 2 major os updates....and according to samsung they introduced 3 os updates only from s10 lineup
They are not iPhone. They want sell new handsets to make profits not bothered about Consumer Satifection.They are not entertaing complaints of Note9 customers.Many Note9 and other flagship phone holder will surely moved towards IPhone in future.If they provide anroid 11 to Note9 it will have some damage control.
