so the thing is I have Jio in my second sim slot and it works , I can use LTE . but at times when I recieve a call and I accept it , the call ends . same goes when I call someone and they accept it it shows that the call has ended , so I have to disable the 2nd sim and enable it again then it works fine but again after a few hours the problem re occurs.

- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
- Contact network service provider.
