Users of samsung plz support to change the update policy of Samsung.Because Samsung force us to buy new phone every two years if u want enjoy latest software.Even for premium segment their policy is same.Samsung plz change ur attitude towards premium segment if u want users to stick with ur barnd.

google is mad they need to change this policy I know it's a business but google need to think like apple . they just doing business.
there is no point for consumer satisfaction. they want people to keep on upgrading the devices with money not with software. google should change this policy. as we know that s7 phone is a compatible device for android 9 but due to google samsung is limited on their terms. Google needs to upgrade the this policy to at least three major updates .
