I had purchased note 8 during offer period
on 4th November
activated before 10th Nov

however i still did not get activation message of one-time screen replacement under my galaxy app

further I tried getting in touch with email support and chat support team, everybody says you will get replacement only if banner comes and confirmation email arrive.

now my question is this is the way you treat a customer who buys 70k thing and you do not activate the offer he is eligble so that you can save some bucks?
also you didnt give wireless charger offer to me.
I was loyal HTC fanboy, but I just thought of giving samsung a try. I am very disappointed by this.

further I will like to inform if you do not activate same, be sure I will be flooding social media with this unethical practices you followed.

my screen is not broken, but I am eligible if this mishap happens.

they wont solve your problem from here. Send them feedback or mail Samsung President Office for getting a call back from their executive at higher hierarchy.

Drop a mail to samsung Ceo office or president office, email ID is available on site. Once I had an issue with my device amd this people weren't supporting me so I mailed there and they called me and solved my problem. They people seemed to be better than this executives amd even they took a feedback from me later. Try that, i think you will surely get the required support

it's your moral responsibility to solve the issue at your end and update the offer for me

@Samsung_IN we got Note8 flagship phone and still awaiting for wireless charger and one-time screen replacement banner on buggy my galaxy app. Dont know whats the status of low end,mid rangers. Email & chat supports says we dont know. Shall I ask from iphone care?
