Im experiencing very poor battery after 15 - 10% battery. It drops to 0% in every 2-4 secs. Is it common?

When phone reaches to 0% charge till 100% without removing it from Charger ...

Open Phone Dialer and dial a code *#0228# and press quick start and Press ok and then repeat the earlier steps .. ✌

Yes 100% safe I have also done it in my S6 and Results are promising ..❤
Just after doing this your phone will show inaccurate Percentage but after using phone and dropping it to 0% charge your phone till 100% without stopping in between.... ✌✌
