With my Note 5, when I turn on Wi-Fi to connect to either a hotspot or public Wi-Fi, my phone freezes and crashes. I have a fully updated phone and ran diagnostics. Connecting to remembered Wi-Fi channels don't cause this problem but anything that requires a sign in or password e.g. hotspot, causes my phone to freeze and restart. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes for my phone to turn back on! Please help.
