⚠️ Do not update your phone to One UI4.0. This will be a terrible mistake. Your note 20 which is a really great phone will start to lag with the update. The user interface is also boring and annoying. Don't do this mistake bro! Stick to the previous UI3.0. You will not regret it.

Not true. It is great on my phone note 10+.

Almost every major software update would come with bugs, it's advisable to do a factory reset every time after installing such big software but you would have to backup your data first. You should start with a soft reset, wipe cache partition and factory reset as a last resort.
