I'm one of the many users that is experiencing a disheartening problem with my beloved phone.
2 days ago while watch TV with my phone beside me. I picked it up as I received a message obviously to read it, and I noticed a green line running from the top to the bottom of my screen.
Devastated I tried everything to solve the issue using YouTube videos. Shockingly I came across many users having this exact same experience. A vertical green line or multiple green lines for no apparent reason.
My phone is no longer under warranty and financially I cannot afford to repair or replace my phone. For an issue I did not create I feel as though Samsung should please replace my phone before its too late and the issue worsens.
