I have updated to one UI 5.0 & white screen problem started, went to samsung service center & done software restore but no use. Now they ask me to change the display & they won't do it under FOC just because it is note series!

Just don't buy Samsung...poor durability. Make a post on social media and spread awareness.

Why only partial FOC for s series people? Why they rule out note series just because they stopped producing it? My friend who got s20 got screen replaced & I got denied! No, samsung isn't doing good

If u have warranty or samsung care + then u get replacement..
Last time my bro use note 20 ultra but it get Crack but unfortunately warranty over .. if have warranty then i can get replacement

Out of warrenty! But this Is samsung trying to push people to buy there new devices I guess, but after such an experience I have trust issues now

Did you try factory resetting? If not Do it. Before resetting don't forget to backup using the Smart switch (available on PC)

Hi Joel! Thanks for your reply, yes I tried resetting several times & done a software reset from service center as well! The only solution I was given in screen replacement.

Does it happen everytime or occasionally? It it happens rarely use as it is Who knows maybe a bug fix can fix it. Anyway contacting directly explain everything and ask for a resolution.
