Note 20 ultra is 5g but not working with jio true 5g

My area is having jio 5g but it says even if note 20 ultra is 5g phone it does not support jio true 5g. Phone is updated on latest version but still its not working. Please provide solution, ASAP

This is sad that having a note 20 ultra 5g phone we are still unable to use a 5g network. Back then they were one of the phones that provided a 5g network before 5g was even released

Samsung is making customers fools stating this model is 5g enabled. Just a marketing spam.
