Currently using 15w charger for my note 20 Ultra.. planning to buy 25w charger is it worth or not.?

How much time difference between these 2chargers to fill the battery..?

Buy a PD charger. No harm....u will save 20 to 25 minutes everytime u charge 20% to 85%.

You can buy....it will save your battery & also not damage your device because samsung has a very good level of optimization in terms of charging...
